Depois de 9 horas de voo sem escala de Fortaleza chegamos em Frankfurt pela companhia aérea alemã Condor. A primeira cidade da rota romântica foi Würzburg. Minhas impressões nestes 119 Km numa rodovia perfeita, fora um pequeno engarrafamento, foram, a organização, beleza nas paisagens dos campos e qualidade da infraestrutura. Soube que a Alemanha é o maior produtor de turbinas eólicas e tecnologias de energia solar do mundo. Würzburg é a maior cidade da rota com 130 mil habitantes e é um centro universitário importante. A cidade foi destruída na segunda guerra mundial e agora esta reconstruída.
Na entrada da cidade fiquei impressionado e meditando sobre o Stifung Juliusspital, tipo de um asilo de luxo que visitamos, produtor de vinhos com alto padrão de qualidade. Os residentes atuais quando jovens atuavam dentro dos diversos elos da cadeia produtiva de vinhos (desde produção de uvas, vinhas, indústria e comercio). Hoje empregam jovens no valioso sistema produtivo que construíram. Eis a razão simplificada do êxito de um grupo de idosos num asilo, aliás um nome depreciativo aqui no Brasil: 1. Pessoas experientes num determinado ramo e vivendo em grupo, com sua família, 2. Sustentabilidade econômica e financeira numa parceria público-privada, 3. Trabalho total ou parcial altamente qualificado e inativos, com assistência medica e social 4. Qualidade de vida com segurança.
Refleti nesta visita que o Brasil está envelhecendo e precisa de políticas públicas consistentes, sou contrário a prática de se copiar políticas e programas de outros Países, Ipsis litteris, cada um tem suas próprias instituições, mas deve-se destacar os bons exemplos. No Brasil há um divórcio entre o pensamento do governo e o da sociedade. O mercado de trabalho brasileiro acha que uma pessoa acima de 50 anos está quase velha e pouco produtiva, o nosso Governo considera um trabalhador de 60 anos quase jovem para se aposentar e quer aumentar o seu tempo de contribuição previdenciária.
Depois desta passagem pelo asilo, fomos todos para um restaurante, o Vinothek Tiepolo. Almoçamos carne bovina com batatas e cerveja, boa refeição, mas com preços elevados. Soube depois que se fosse suíno o preço cairia pela metade. Sobre cervejas, a Alemanha se destaca mundialmente e cada região tem
sua marca peculiar, quase todas de excelente qualidade. Após o almoço, descansamos um pouco e fomos conhecer o centro da cidade, muito próximo do restaurante que impactou negativamente os nossos bolsos e encontrar uma multa afixada no nosso carro que ficou estacionado mais de 1 hora na via pública em frente ao restaurante.
Achei a cidade belíssima. Limpa, organizada, florida, bucólica, um comércio evoluído, com bonde elétrico, ciclistas, e ruas tranquilas. O frio era intenso. Nossa tarde terminou rápido, escurece as 16:30. O nosso hotel IBIS não tinha elevador. Em nenhum local vi carregador de malas, parece que nenhum alemão exerce essa profissão.
Daí, visitamos o Residenz, palácio dos bispos príncipes e Patrimônio Mundial da UNESCO, e o extraordinário Hofgarten, perfumado e muito bem cuidado, onde tiramos inúmeras e expressivas fotos. Nas rádios só tocava a música All To Me. Depois soube que foi primeiríssimo lugar na Holanda.
